I came to this store to grab some parts which I knew nothing about. Jay was very friendly in assisting and helping me find everything I needed. It was quick and seamless, he is awesome!
This place is my new GO-TO for my small nuts/bolts/hardware needs! I went from a clapped out Lowe's bolts section that was trashed and gone thru like a drunk LSU undergrad during Mardi Gras to this nice clean well stock place. The folks were nice and friendly and the place was CLEAN! Thank you for providing such a nice (and stocked) place to shop! PS. I hope you guys are going through your stock of hardware of nuts/bolts/washers/etc. and ordering replacements often.
I just went from one of the worst customer service experiences at Samons, to one of the best at Ace. I’ve been to 4 store today looking for a simple cap fitting for a valve under my sink. The guy helping walked me over to a wall with all the sizes and found what I was looking for in 20 seconds and then had me check the fitting in the board. So easy and extremely helpful. Total change from the place less than a mile away o was at 5 minutes before.
Its always clean and tidy unlike the Lowe's down the road. Easier to get in and out of for that reason and also because there isnt a bunch of stands and junk cluttering the aisles. Not always the most cost effectice for everything but they sometimes carry items you cant get at the big box store. Also I love the solar hot air balloons, dont buy the marked up ones at Old Town, get them here instead!
Everyone is friendly & helpful! The store is well stocked & they play awesome music to enjoy while browsing.
