Great customer service!
This is certainly the finest hardware store. Most of the staff is helpful and hopefully the nasty ones are employed elsewhere! They carry everything you would need. Need I say more? Forgot to remind you that they rent UHAUL TRUCKS etc Enjoy!
Its always clean and tidy unlike the Lowe's down the road. Items are organized and in stock (much unlike the aforementioned Lowes). Easier to get in and out of for that reason and also because there isnt a bunch of stands and junk cluttering the aisles. Not always the most cost effective for everything but also they sometimes carry items you cant get at the big box store. Employees actually ask you if you need any help.
