Usually very good customer service. This does not appear to be a very large hardware store. It's always surprising how much stuff they've managed to put in this store. They always have interesting specials running to bring people in. They will help you carry things out to the car. Sometimes they will ask, sometimes you have to ask. I had a great experience at this hardware store thanks to the outstanding customer service from Courtney, Tom, and Charlie. Courtney took the time to listen to my needs over the phone and connected me with Charlie, who went above and beyond by cutting a downspout to the exact measurements I needed so it would fit in my car, even though this isn’t a typical service they offer.
