currently have a wage theft claim open against luis fematt and Alex Richey. they charge clients good money and do not pay the employees. also trying to file a 1099 against a employee not a contractor to avoid paying taxes. so this place is full of not so good business
Very professional and caring about my tree. Explained exactly what needs to be done and why. Really took the time to help me out.
Had a great experience with this company so I am writing this review to make sure they get the rep that is deserved. We called a ton of tree service companies in Crestline and unfortunately they could not help us diagnose our tree and tell us why it was dying. Heights has a certified arborist running things and was super knowledgeable from the start educating us on why things where happening and how we could prevent issues with our other trees. Alex and his crew did a great job taking down a ~70 ft dead pine tree in our backyard. They were done in just a few hours. And Luis came by the next day and gave us valuable advice about maintaining the rest of our native trees. I am planning to use them again in the near future
