We've used Heights a number of times and have always been pleased with their service and the amounts they charge. As stated on the website they set up an appointment date quickly after our request. Since it was exterior only we didn't have to be onsite. So we came home to super clean windows. Highly recommend.
Not cheap, but got the job done well. Efficient communication by email. Would use them again.
They did a thorough cleaning of my gutters at a very reasonable price. I have had Heights Residential clean my gutters for about 3 years and I have been happy with their service every time.
