It is so sad for me to see what this community has become from when it was first built. Original property owners bought into this development with good faith and unfortunately, Kaplan builders has done such a disservice to the property owners because they still own/and rent over 60% of the units, making it extremely difficult to resell a unit - creating a situation where it is basically impossible for a potential buyer to purchase a unit unless they have at least 20% down payment and don't mind living among a large transient... read more
