RecommendedI’ve lived at Heights of Kennesaw for several years. I never expected to find an extended family here but that’s just what happened! Deb, Micah, Kiyanna and Ashley are an unbeatable team. The entire team are kind, efficient and welcoming when I call or stop in. If I could give 0 stars, I would. First of all, had no gym or pool access the first 6 months of living here due to “renovations” that were consistently pushed back. Plus, A/C broke at least 3 times during my lease. Secondly, I was furloughed from my job during this COVID pandemic therefore have no income. HoK offered NO assistance or options regarding rent payments, harassed me weekly as to when I was planning to pay rent (mind you I now have no income), AND still charged me the whole termination of lease fee/ 2 months rent ... read more
The gates have been down for months. The office team will not address resident concerns or issues. Criminal activity is occurring due to open gates and neglect by management.
I've been living here a year now, I just renewed my lease. the service is pretty great at the office, grounds are always clean, close to many restaurants, bar, shopping and sightseeing. Ashley is always ready to go above and beyond. Chris, in maintenance is the best!!!!! 😉
The roaches, earwigs, silverfish, centipedes, etc are insane!! Heck I didn’t even know roaches could fly?! Furthermore, haven’t slept in over a week. Currently a full time grad student and working part-time. The amount you pay and the lack of sleep + insects you deal with is absurd. Definitely not what I signed up for. Praying I can get two hours of sleep tonight. Please disregard any grammatical errors as I have had lack of sleep as stated above. ^
