I mean overall apartments are great and community is very quiet and nice. The office management is very unprofessional and doesn’t communicate anything with you unless you take it down their throat. But I mean my first day to move in and get my keys was very unorganized and rushed. Don’t like it then told me my apartment wasn’t ready when I got here with my U-Haul and everything else and ending up giving me an apartment I didn’t want but had to take it at the last minute.

Management would rather let your apartment flood for an hour while maintenance takes their sweet time to show up rather then let you have access to your emergency water shut off valve that is INSIDE your apartment. They keep the water shut off valve that is for only your apartment locked behind a door that they will not let you have access to because its a liability issue for them. I’ve been living here since April and the amenities, including the pool and gym, are nice! The leasing office staff is always kind and respond in a timely manner. Maintenence has come within 1-3 business days of putting in a request.

I’ve lived here for two years, and overall it’s been a great experience. The apartment, amenities, and management have all been wonderful. The only issue I’ve had has been with maintenance occasionally marking requests as completed before they were actually finished, or forgetting to complete them until weeks later when I submitted a new request.
