Dr Bellavia is a good doctor but the lady named Dawn at the front desk is telling all his patients to pay first at the desk before you go in so that the staff can get the entire $100 insurance reimbursement. He can not treat pain anymore so don't get fooled by that lady at the front desk. When it comes to treating pain some other places do the same trick so you must never pay before you see the doctor if it is for pain treatment.
