Worst experience. My 96 yr old mom came home from rehab and needed a primary care dr to go to her home. Osler scheduled visit and never showed up. I called next day and was told it would be fixed right away. Total LIE. I called hours later and told office mgr went home and did nothing. Not even a courtesy call back. I was told dr won’t call me or visit and did not care at all. HORRIBLE
Are you looking for a medical office that cares? I’ve been going here for over a year and I can hands down say this is the best medical office I’ve been to. The service, the communication, the space are stellar. I came here for a firefighter physical and was first seen by Dr. Joyce Feliciano. She is marvelous and I instantly knew this was the place for my medical needs.
