I’ve lived here for a few years now and it’s actually a really nice place when you keep stuff clean and organized. Some neighbors do party a lot and I can’t really sleep when this happens and the staff don’t really do much about that.
NEW management needed! Will write a much more informed review very soon! I will tell ya this, the Karen that is a so called manager there is nothing but trouble and unreasonable as well as absent from her office. She will have EYES on anyone that calls her out.
This place is an absolute joke. They act like they run your life and everything you do. There is never anyone in the office they only work Mon Tuesday Thursday and Friday 11-4 and take an hour lunch at 11:30. They don’t let you have any company and claim they see things on camera that when you confront them about the footage they say “well we just heard that” they can’t produce any concrete proof. You have to put in a maintenance request 3 times and go to the office and bug them and wait over a month just to get your ceiling... read more
No they are not nice there! They lie in there reviews 100%! The manager has kicked out two different families I know that used to live over there over very little that could have both been resolved with proper communication. The Manager is excessively rude and the perfect example of a "Karen"! She talks over you and screams if she does not get her way and is very lazy when it comes to doing her job.
