Purchased a $1200.00 shower door and calked to request assistance with getting a new sweep. I have a guarantee and all the original paperwork but still get a run around! Oscar in customer service just argued that it was impossible tgat I purchased at Lowe's. Asked for a supervisor, got Lewis who on 10/18 said he would call me back later in the same day after looking up my invoice #. It is now late on 10/20.
