So starting off this company was great! All the women have good customer service but the manager Gill or whatever his name is, is very rude! I told them I would make a payment once I get paid and he said well you told us last week you would. If a person can't make the payment they can't make it. It's not like I'm dodging them or anything! Second off I work in billing and if a customer can not make a payment I give them other options on how and when to pay it!! I don't get an attitude if they can't make it...I don't get upset... read more
