Was able to get in and out and the process was very simple.
I don’t know I got a loan from there and I’m not behind or anything but every time I called to ask a question they are always a smart ass or rude. I have not talked to them one time and they be polite and it’s crazy because I’m not behind on nothing so overall company wise good company horrible people that worked there but I appreciate The loan

Overall, my experience with Heights Finance has been okay. I’ve had two loans with them, a smaller loan and then a much larger one. I’m down to my last payment, so I appreciate the opportunity they gave me when I needed financial help. However, I do think their customer service could use some improvement. After I was involved in a car accident, I wasn’t able to return phone calls right away.
