Jessica is rude as can be. I have been a customer of theirs for a while now. Melissa is always so sweet and kind every time. When she isn’t there and I have to deal with Jessica, she is extremely rude and unprofessional. After I pay this loan off, I will not be going back to them. Also, what Melissa tells you face to face, Jessica goes behind and says no. They all need to be on the same page on everything. I can't remember her name but one of the ladies was friendly but there was one that didn't even say by at the end of the conversation. I never received any notifications from them on their decision.

Melissa was amazing! However, the other lady in the office felt it necessary to be snarky and give attitude when I questioned when it became mandatory to have personal property insurance on the loan. If this is the treatment people get for asking questions I have to wonder how a real dispute would be handled. Definitely not the customer experience that was expected or given when I worked there.
