Jessica is rude as can be. I have been a customer of theirs for a while now. Melissa is always so sweet and kind every time. When she isn’t there and I have to deal with Jessica, she is extremely rude and unprofessional. After I pay this loan off, I will not be going back to them. I can't remember her name but one of the ladies was friendly but there was one that didn't even say by at the end of the conversation. I never received any notifications from them on their decision.
