Applied for a loan online and received a call the next morning to complete the application. Spoke with a guy named Tom who was friendly and professional, but told me he would call me back mid to late afternoon but never did. I knew that with my current credit situation, I might not be approved, but as a consumer I should have received a call informing me of the decision. Please be considerate and respectful of all applicants, including those that do not qualify for a loan.
The absolute best!!! Their customer service is amazing. So kind and extremely knowledge! They make sure you understand everything and leave happy! Definitely a great choice
