Communicating with the office and staff is an absolute nightmare. I wanted to change my pharmacy from an online one to my local Rite Aid. After two weeks I’ve still not been successful at getting a hold of the prescriptions department and each time I’ve called the front desk (only one which is not an answering machine) I’ve been treated with a condescending attitude from the front desk. Today I had my pharmacist call them. He was yelled at! Do avoid at all costs
