I have never been treated with such disregard before. I had abnormal blood work and was not able to take a medication that affects my appearance. I had to have bloodwork done twice because of a mistake on their part and I got scary results back. Still no word from the PA, or nurses, or assistants even though I was supposed to be contacted and my meds are being detained.

Heights Dermatology is a ripoff. My son developed a rash after he had surgery. They charged him $100. He had met his out of pocket, and his co pay is only $50. The next time he went they again said it would be $100. He told them he had met his out of pocket so they did not charge. We have been trying to get the $100 refunded for 3 months. They tell him he has a credit and will refund it, but do not. The treatment was actually useless. He had to go to another Dr. to get the rash cleared up. I didn't see Dr. Desai. Saw his PA Steven Fowler. Office personal were just OK. Office was a dump! Exam was barely ok. 8 weeks later they STILL have not filed with my insurance ! I've called a 12 times and all they do is give me the run around! NEVER GO HERE!!!!

I called to make an appointment. Got a recording saying they were busy, leave a name and number and we'll call you back. Nobody ever called me back. So I wait a couple of weeks, go on their website to make an appointment. Fill in the necessary info, says it was successfully submitted, never got a response. Then I called again, person the line says my insurance card doesn't have the right info ( this is the only card I have and used it and the same insurance for years) She transferred me to billing.
