The absolute WORST experience with these people!! Tried to call the office for over a week. Only got voice mail, NEVER called me back. Took swabs for labs twice and NEVER let me know results! Finally talked to a real person, but was only an answering service! Still have not talked to the person I saw twice. THEN, when I finally got my prescription refilled (thru the answering service, not someone at the facility I went to) they sent it to a Walmart 250 miles from where I am!!!. This place is AWFUL!! BEWARE!
Beyond grateful for NP Angela Kilgore! She’s amazingly smart and so thorough. I have been seen by 3 different dermatologists for all the same reasons and once I found Angela I am never going anywhere else as long as she stays! I had a spot I was concerned about that none of my previous dermatologists did anything about and Angela removed it and sent it to lab. She is incredibly caring. I absolutely love her! Dr. Angela Kilgore was very knowledgeable and caring. She listened to my concerns and was on top of a game plan. The office was clean and inviting. I highly recommend this location. Thanks for being so compassionate to me.
Usually a long wait, but I love the doctor at the Rockport location!!
