The appointment or call service you use is terrible. After being on hold for 5 minutes to make an appointment and talking to someone in India. I decided to go somewhere else.
TOTAL SCAM. Waited half an hour after our appointment time to be seen, took another 15 minutes to see the dermatologist. I had gone in for multiple things, and they tried to say we needed separate appointments for separate issues. The dermatologist, Brianna, was very dismissive. They prescribed something to the wrong person and then got snippy when I called about it. Told them I wouldn't be scheduling a follow up, but I was charged $50 anyways because apparently I signed up for two appointments (which I did not).
I went in for an appointment with a rash all over my body and not sure what was causing it Doctor Brianna Kay looked at me and explained to me that it was a really bad case of Ringworm. She sent me home with an oral antifungal medication and a cream medication. A few days into putting the cream on it was super super itchy and getting worse, so I called to speak with her because she told me to call if it got worse. The doctors are amazing, however the rest of the staff is an absolute nightmare. Won't answer calls, OR return messages left with the answering service. Locked doors before they are actually closed (literally have to drive to get questions answered or to get lab orders in hand since they dont send them over to the lab like they say they will) This place is a NIGHTMARE!!!!
Excellent reviews for a reason. Because this office is great. Briana is super thorough, Eric treated me with SRT radiation for skin cancer and he’s super punctual and detail oriented keeping things running smoothly, not to mention he was awesome to help me work the insurance situation out and the ladies at the front desk are 👌👌 on top of it. Very awesome 👏👏👏 I have referred people to this office and will continue to go here. Thank you guys for being fantastic!
