Amazing service and staff 🙌
I wish there was a way to give a higher rating to this dental practice. The office is meticulously clean, Dr Jainandan, exceptional demeanour and expertise, complemented with a perfect support staff of hygenist, assistants and front office. This is perfection!!
The people working at the front desk were a bit rude and unaccommodating. They cancelled my appointment for a cleaning because they were unable to find my insurance (which I have) and did not notify me of the cancellation so I showed up and was turned away. Will be looking for another office.
Great clean office! Everyone was so nice and accommodating. The front was so helpful with making my appointment and with my insurance, the assistants were super nice and explained everything including my expected out of pocket costs!! The hygienist was super friendly and great hands 👌 and the doctor was so gentle and nice!! Hands down the dental spot to go to in the area! EVERYONE was welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable! Very pleased with all of the information and explanations shared. From the moment I sat in the examining chair to the moment I checked out, I felt like I was “seen”.
