My husband and I waited a month for an online consultation video chat. We took time out of our schedule to be available for this initial session. We got stood up. Using the provided email link we waited in the video chat room for over 15 minutes and no one from Heights Couple Therapy showed up. What a waste of both me and my husband’s time.
