Dr. Adam is very personable, relatable, and informative. He focuses on personal success and coaches to strengthen problem so that visits become less frequent and are only for maintenance. I had a lower back injury that has resulted in years of pain, sciatica, tendon damage etc. he has basically gotten rid of my sciatica pain and coaches me through exercises to strengthen my tendons.
