I’ve brought my Boxster to this shop twice now for difficult repairs/service and both times they found the issue and solved the problem in a very reasonable amount of time. They pay very close attention to details - on my last visit they replaced old rusty nuts and bolts on my exhaust system with new ones, without my asking. Working with Teresa and the team at Heights Auto Imports was hands down one of the best car maintenance experiences I’ve ever had. Their stellar reputation is well-deserved! They were incredibly knowledgeable, and the communication was top-notch from start to finish. I was especially impressed by how efficient they were, and I had my vehicle back the very same day. I’ll be avoiding the main dealerships at all costs now that I’ve found a team I can actually trust. I’ll definitely be back!
