They are the best, with a shop has busy has they are, I was able to be fit in for appointments for two of my vehicles in one week, for my Porsche & Mercedes. Both cars was in & out. Service always great, pricing always fit my liking. Also to top it off Teresa & her team knows what they are doing over there & take pride in their work & thats stands out to me & big plus in my book. So you have a German vehicle head down to Heights, highly recommended to get you back up & running with a smile😃 on your face 👍
If you have a Mercedes or any German car, this is the shop to go to! Will & Teresa are phenomenal, and the combo I needed to get my AMG mechanically sorted. Teresa was great about sending pictures and keeping me updated on the status of the repairs. I’m someone who values great communication, especially when spending a good amount of money. I plan on exclusively using Heights Auto Imports for all of my maintenance needs.
