I want to leave a positive review for Paul the head of Maintenance at the Marlborough Retreat He has always been very helpful. When we have had maintenance issues , Paul has done his best to address the issues for us a quickly, and efficiently as possible.

I have been living here since last November and have had nothing but issues with the management company. The property looks amazing on the outside, but it is all a band aid that covers underlying issues and years without lack of proper maintenance. I have put in complaints regarding unit issues and other tenant problems and received no response. Current tenant and sooo frustrated with the mailroom situation. Packages say delivered and received by front desk but when you go there, the packages are not there and staff blames drivers that they must have took it. I have 3 kids including a baby. Going to the mailroom is enough of a hassle and not finding your much needed package on top of it is outrageous. This has happened so many times this past week. Where do I start? Ever since Greystar has taken over, this place is a literal mess. We had leaking in our bedroom and was not timely addressed. The water was reaching our furniture so we had to move our bedroom out into the living room for about 2 months all while waiting for them to fix the water leak issue. We've been asking them to adjust our rent due to this issue since March and have not gotten a response, it's now August.
