Very sneaky, but like all housing complexes in the area. Staff will come in at their convenience without notice. Watch out for tow trucks to tow at their leisure. Avoid if possible
I would strongly caution students before leasing here. From the very beginning of the application process, communication and transparency were minimal. I was told I had been placed into a “guarantor waiver” program with an additional $50/month fee that I do not recall knowingly selecting or being clearly explained at the time.
