The remodeling that took place recently was overall out of touch. The new study area and the remodeling on the left half of the building was great. However the fireplace and that warm welcoming feeling is now gone and replaced by a soul crushed atmosphere. The gym remodeling made me sad because even though they replaced the old equipment and increased the surface area unfortunately most the cardio stuff is gone and there is just going to be alot of waiting. I am a current resident of the heights, having lived here for 2 years, and over the past year there has only ever been a decline in quality of life. While it is not the worst there are so many problems this past year has sprouted with living here I find it necessary to post a public review. Grievances: - the hub, gym, and pool were suddenly closed without warning in April and my roommates and I were told it would be open by August.
