I’m so lucky to have found The Heights and to have called it my home! I lived at the heights for three years and always felt very safe in the community. Because it’s about two miles from campus, the community was pretty quiet with not a lot of parties. I always felt safe to walk around the community and the surrounding walking paths, and to take the bus routes to campus alone. They will constantly nickel and dime you and will mess up charges on your account constantly to the point where you have to contact them every single month. I am posting this because this is the third time over the summer where bs charges were put on my account and now I have to call them. This time it is a moveout fee for someone who has renewed their lease and is not moving out.
