The heights has easily been the best apartment complex I have dealt with in my time as a student. I had lived in 3 other places and management and the team had not looked after us until we found the heights. The manager Sarah and Shannon made sure we also were looked after. Brigid worked closes with our house and residence and could not have been more helpful. Getting us situated and making sure we had everything we need, whenever we needed. I don’t understand how the rent rate goes up and down. I waited a little to renew my lease, and the rate went up, but now they’re offering a discounted rate.They’re telling me that if I had waited 2 months to renew my lease, I would’ve saved $960, and they don’t know anything because it’s all decided by management. It’s annoying and frustrating, and we all know the State College apartments are taking advantage of college students.
