Worst staff ever Couldn’t even say sorry for there mistakes. Staff is unfriendly and just wanna make money out of u. Electricity bill is a total scam after 3rd month, 450$ each person is just not an electricity bill. The view at state college and any other townhouse district is just way better than this bullshit.
This place is wonderful! The front office person who showed me around (Bridgette) really made me feel at home and answered all of my questions and calmed all of my concerns. I’m sure I’ll be right at home here come the fall.
Lauren was an excellent tour guide! She gave a fantastic tour of the Heights and made the experience both informative and enjoyable. She was incredibly helpful, approachable, and always happy to answer questions or offer extra information. Her enthusiasm and friendly personality made the tour memorable. I highly recommend her to anyone visiting the Heights!
