The receptionist/so call manager name Detria very rude very short with anyone who calls or enters the building, disrespectful and unprofessional (as if you are the reason you are the cause of her being unhappy and having a bad day… this company had to be very desperate to have her as their manager. WOULD LIKE TO REMAIN ANONYMOUS: Excessive noise, even though mgmt sent a noise ordnance 2-3 months ago, stating that quiet time is from 9pm-,8am, daily. There are some tenants,(on the 3rd floor) who fail to adhere to the request. I am not trying to NOT GET ALONG WITH MY NEIGHBORS, SO THATS WHY THIS IS ANONYMOUS. Perhaps mgmt can issue another, more severe warning. The tenants on the 3rd floor seem to get excessively louder after 10pm for SEVERAL HOURS
