WOULD LIKE TO REMAIN ANONYMOUS: Excessive noise, even though mgmt sent a noise ordnance 2-3 months ago, stating that quiet time is from 9pm-,8am, daily. There are some tenants,(on the 3rd floor) who fail to adhere to the request. I am not trying to NOT GET ALONG WITH MY NEIGHBORS, SO THATS WHY THIS IS ANONYMOUS. Perhaps mgmt can issue another, more severe warning. The tenants on the 3rd floor seem to get excessively louder after 10pm for SEVERAL HOURS
