Even though we’ve moved, I wanted to share my gratitude for Heights and Hill and the care they provided for my dog. Everyone on the team is professional and kind. I really appreciate that this clinic is independently owned and not by private equity firms. We never once felt pushed toward unnecessary tests or procedures. It was clear that their priority was our dog’s health, not profit. Thank you!

I’ve been taking my 11 year old orange tabby cat to Heights and Hill for several years now. Dr. Dockery and the whole staff are all wonderful — caring, friendly, warm (with humans and animals). So far they’ve also been very communicative via email and phone when booking appointments and asking questions. Although we’ve been lucky and haven’t faced any major health trials (knock on wood), I was super nervous when my cat went under anesthesia for dental work last year. We always have good experiences with Dr. Urgo at Heights and Hill! She's especially good with senior dogs, as she's so helpful and caring. Dr. Dockery also recently helped us out with a last minute urgent situation and she was very nice and caring! Also need to mention that Andrew the vet tech has always been very helpful and happy to answer any questions!

We love Heights & Hill! The doctors are all amazing and have given us great advice and care over the years for both our elderly Cavalier and more recently our new puppy. The whole team is warm, kind and responsive to questions/concerns both big and small. I can’t recommend them enough!
