Ordered an all terrain boom and advised had a 1450 width restriction. Sent an 1800 machine which then broke down and blocked site access for 2 days. Then got a replacement crane which ended up needed a working at heights ticket after specifically telling them we did not have one, had to cancel 3 trades and a skip bin so they could get rid of it - time is money, these guys are a joke
