Heidi is a phenomenal massage therapist! I found her randomly online and after reading her reviews and looking at her website, I could tell that I was going to be happy with my massage. That’s an understatement – I was thrilled! She really knows the body and has this great way of blending a relaxing experience while working on your aches and pains. She even researched a low back issue I have before I came in to make sure she knew how to massage me. I’m hooked and will see her as often as I can!

As a former massage therapist myself I'm really picky and I can honestly say that Heidi is one of the best massage therapists I have ever received a massage from. She was able to get into areas in my neck and shoulder to release chronic pain. She used a red light therapy thingy on me after digging in pretty deeply and it completely eliminated the expected post massage pain. I was very impressed. I absolutely recommend her and I can tell you that you will be so glad you booked an appointment with Heidi!!!
I have been seeing Heidi for about 6 months and feel so fortunate to have found her. Not only is she very knowledgeable about the body, but she listens well, checks in on pressure regularly, adapts when needed and is just an incredibly kind person. Highly recommend!
