As a former massage therapist myself I'm really picky and I can honestly say that Heidi is one of the best massage therapists I have ever received a massage from. She was able to get into areas in my neck and shoulder to release chronic pain. She used a red light therapy thingy on me after digging in pretty deeply and it completely eliminated the expected post massage pain. I was very impressed. I absolutely recommend her and I can tell you that you will be so glad you booked an appointment with Heidi!!!
I have been seeing Heidi for about 6 months and feel so fortunate to have found her. Not only is she very knowledgeable about the body, but she listens well, checks in on pressure regularly, adapts when needed and is just an incredibly kind person. Highly recommend!
Heidi has created a lovely, relaxing studio. She always takes time to find out what is going on with my body before the massage. I love that she customizes each session just for me! Heidi is very attentive, and checks often to make sure the amount of pressure is just right. I leave her studio feeling so relaxed and rejuvenated every single time.
