My mom went here to get a simple dye and trim done and the lady that was dealing with my mom was incredibly rude and hostile, and when confronted about it she blamed her actions on being “blunt and to the point”, my mom tried explaining her situation with her hair and this lady insisted that my mom is lying and was bringing my mom down and had her shaking, 0/10 experience, teach your employees to treat customers with respect, no reason my mom should be on the brink of tears, and being called a liar and talked to with such at... read more

I really liked it here. The atmosphere is nice and cozy. I got the quality of a higher cost cut without the snobby feeling some salons give. Heidi is chill and not fake/phony. My husband and kids came with and Heidi was nice to the kids. But the best part of the experience was how much she made sure I understood my cut and how it would lay with my hair type.
