Excellent appointment.
I was checked in and seen quickly. I'm very happy with every visit I have had with them.
Always great dealing with Heidi Thompson. She's very smart and i feel like she enjoys her work with makes her caring. Had some rowdy kids in the waiting area though, wish parents were more considerate of the other patients peace while waiting.
Heidi took the time to talk and listen. She was kind and empathetic. She answered my questions and didn’t rush me out.
