The front desk were usually nice with me. Biggest issue with this office is the office manager - she was the most unprofessional, rudest person I’ve ever encountered when I had an issue with no one calling me back and they kept cancelling my appointment on me over and over. She even was slightly threatening. Dr Sanger was ok. She always seemed to be in a rush and once I saw her for my first annual I never got to see her again. I would not recommend Dr Sanger. Everything goes smoothly when you are in her office however once the appt is over, you are forgotten about. She did not follow up after my blood work came back. I had to analyze it myself and message her about it. She does not get back to you. I had to message her again regarding my concerns and was told to make an appointment which took a few months. I was looking for a primary care Doctor. Her reviews were great. I have seen her 2xs this year and I am not happy with how she cares for her patients. She sends for blood work and never calls back to explain what the results are. I’m having thyroid issues , anemia issues and she waits for me to send her a message I. Dr Sanger has been in my life for many yrs she is the best she always make me feel better wen I visit her & she always prescribed the best meds to help me Lord knows I been thru hell tha staff r good especially Anna she always take care of me I thank god I have good drs in my life I’m forever greatful Thank god for life
