The front desk were usually nice with me. Biggest issue with this office is the office manager - she was the most unprofessional, rudest person I’ve ever encountered when I had an issue with no one calling me back and they kept cancelling my appointment on me over and over. She even was slightly threatening. Dr Sanger was ok. She always seemed to be in a rush and once I saw her for my first annual I never got to see her again. I would not recommend Dr Sanger. Everything goes smoothly when you are in her office however once the appt is over, you are forgotten about. She did not follow up after my blood work came back. I had to analyze it myself and message her about it. She does not get back to you. I had to message her again regarding my concerns and was told to make an appointment which took a few months. My appointment was cancelled the morning of, and I was told someone was going to call back to reschedule me. Two days later I called the office... read more
