I want to thank Shiela for her amazing customer service! We have multiple policies with Allstate and she went above and beyond to assist us with one of our policies to help us get the best rate and I didn't even have to call the office for this! She called me directly to let me know that she found us a better rate! Thank you, Sheila!!!!! We are very appreciative and grateful!
We had issues with our previous agent and switched to Heidi Rowan. We have worked with Sheila and she has been wonderful to work with. She has answered all our questions and has returned our calls timely. Would recommend them.
Heidi and her team are great people to work with. Mary Guerra is the sweetest person you can talk to on the phone. She’s always so helpful and very patient with the many questions I have regarding my policy. She’s always so kind when I talk to her on the phone and very compassionate.
I have had so many issues since changing over to this agency. I wish I had never left my previous agent whom I had built a personal relationship with over 17 years, but saving money convinced me. It has not been worth the headache and lack of customer service! Not only have my rates increased significantly over the last 2 renewals, I can't get phone calls returned. TL;DR: Nice people and all. however, you need to shop and maybe move every year or two for the best rates. Decent Insurance agent, and a good team. responsive, friendly, and local. I had home, auto and an umbrella policies. However, the auto insurance was quite expensive for the value of the cars. With the high rates, I had to shop around.
