TL;DR: Nice people and all. however, you need to shop and maybe move every year or two for the best rates. Decent Insurance agent, and a good team. responsive, friendly, and local. I had home, auto and an umbrella policies. However, the auto insurance was quite expensive for the value of the cars. With the high rates, I had to shop around. I have worked with Miguel, Sheila, Heidi from 2018 when I got the first call from Shantel. I have had nothing but kindness, care and love pouring in. Miguel is always there to help me. Sheila also in the past has helped me. If I can write them as part of my family I would. I have never met them in person. But they have been so pleasant and treated me as a valued customer or theirs.
