TL;DR: Nice people and all. however, you need to shop and maybe move every year or two for the best rates. Decent Insurance agent, and a good team. responsive, friendly, and local. I had home, auto and an umbrella policies. However, the auto insurance was quite expensive for the value of the cars. With the high rates, I had to shop around. Heidi and her team are great people to work with. Mary Guerra is the sweetest person you can talk to on the phone. She’s always so helpful and very patient with the many questions I have regarding my policy. She’s always so kind when I talk to her on the phone and very compassionate.
I have worked with Miguel, Sheila, Heidi from 2018 when I got the first call from Shantel. I have had nothing but kindness, care and love pouring in. Miguel is always there to help me. Sheila also in the past has helped me. If I can write them as part of my family I would. I have never met them in person. But they have been so pleasant and treated me as a valued customer or theirs. I have had the pleasure of working with Mary Guerra in getting event insurance for my upcoming wedding and with adding my soon to be husband to my insurance policy. Mary has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. Anytime I expressed a concern she was able to give me answers quickly and find resolutions.
