I called Heidi Rowan's office and Moss helped me with a unique issue regarding a claim. Moss was on the phone with me for a while, contacted customer support on my behalf, gave me all of the important information I needed and resolved my issue to my satisfaction. On top of that, Moss was just very pleasant to talk to and work with. I very much appreciate Moss's involvement in my policy and would be more than happy to work with Moss in the future regarding any other policy issues.

I am very happy with the service I have received from Heidi. A new fire station went up a couple years ago and she automatically changed the cost of my insurance to a much lower price because of how close I am to the fire station. I had called to let them know and she was already aware of it. Also, after the horrific ice we had a couple years ago, she sent out a notice letting any of us who had claims what we needed to do as well as letting us know if we had a claim to make sure it was over this certain amount so we would... read more

The people at the Heidi Rowan Allstate office are the best, especially Mary, who always helps me obtain lower rates successfully. Mary is also very informative and advises me on what the best options are for me and my family. I feel that she is looking after my best interest and I trust the recommendations she provides to me.
