We have used Heidi for years and have been happy up until now. We had our car broken into and many things stolen. We tried contacting anyone from Allstate on a Saturday and could not get through to a real person until Monday. This person wasn’t even local. Heidi never checked in on us. Our claim came back after, being harassed about my prescription glasses that were less than a month old, with receiving no money back. Not sure how she got my personal info about my home owners insurance, she emailed me and wanted to go over my insurance over the phone. I'm not with them BTW. She has my cell number address and knows when it's time to renew my ins who is not with her. I don't know her. When I emailed back twice asking how she got my information she did not respond. Very unprofessional and intrusion of my privacy. No common courtesy to even explain to me how she has my personal information..
The people at the Heidi Rowan Allstate office are the best, especially Mary, who always helps me obtain lower rates successfully. Mary is also very informative and advises me on what the best options are for me and my family. I feel that she is looking after my best interest and I trust the recommendations she provides to me.
After trying to convince me for a few years, a lovely agent finally convinced me to switch my home and auto insurance to Allstate. I am paying 1/2 of what I was before with better coverage all around. They made the process easy by contacting my other insurance companies and gathering all the paperwork needed to switch over.
Kudos to Sheila Kyles for her awesome assistance unraveling an old billing issue that wasn't easy to unravel. Sheila's persistence and focus made it happen. This isn't this first time Sheila has helped me--she is my "go-to" at the Heidi Rowan Allstate agency. Great job Sheila--thank you! Steve T.
