Dr Richardson and her staff are the best. I felt confident in my treatment. They were efficient and kind.
Dr. Richardson and her staff were exceptional. They were friendly, professional, respectful and got me on appointment as soon as they could. I highly recommend Dr.Richardson.
Although I feel she is competent, her medical records are inadequate, and missing items. I asked her a question concerning the amount and placement of marker clips. I was told if I wanted that information I should get a mammogram. Her nurse seems to really push mastectomies. So much so that I got a second opinion. The Dr recommended a lumpectomy and also would not perform a mastectomy as it was not necessary. I would not recommend her for these reasons."
I would not recommend Dr. Richardson. After being diagnosed with cancer and finding a surgical approach I thought would give me good aesthetic results without needing reconstruction it was communicated to me that she wanted me to know that the surgery I was asking for was "time consuming." I ended up finding another doctor who understood why I would ask for the approach, was open with the risks and benefits and I felt both supported and empowered. If you want to be told to just wait for the cancer that will inevitably kill you, Heidi’s the doctor for you. Waste of time and money. Ageist and classist. Not the worst breast surgeon I’ve ever spoken to, but still horrible. Botched one of my surgeries and refused to take responsibility for it. Would not recommend.
