I’ve Known Dr. Prather for several years, but today’s visit proved to be extremely encouraging and in fact, inspirational. With a diagnosis of spinal stenosis, which can only be cured by surgery, we discussed other exercises and lifestyle changes, some of which I’ve tried and do seem beneficial for posture and relief of lower back stress. Dr Prather is worth the wait!! For over a year, I had been to several doctors resulting in no answers and ready to give up. She actually watched the way I walked, did motion evaluations and was able to CONFIDENTLY explain the pain and what needed to happen next. I don’t care about the wait time or how far I had to travel to see her. She was a breath of fresh air.
