Horrible experience both times I’ve come to her. I have had to wait over an hour past my appointment time both times and absolutely would not recommend going to her unless you wait to wait the entire day at this office, and she does not even seem to care about her patients. Extremely frustrating experience.
Dr. Heidi Lynn Sternn is THAT girl. I’m SO GLAD I found her through a friend who she also delivered for. She answered all of my questions straightforwardly without ever beating around the bush. She was so sweet, helpful, and understanding throughout the entire process. Definitely someone you want by your side throughout your pregnancy and labor. Dr. Heidi Lyn Stern is a wonderful compassionate doctor who take the time to listen to her patients. She is on time and doesn’t make you wait hours, I am always in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I highly recommend her.
I transferred to Dr.Stern from Conroe HCA with my first pregnancy and I am so glad I did! She was a complete joy to have as my physician throughout my pregnancy. She always made me feel comfortable and heard. I suffered from an onset of migraines during my second trimester and she was the only doctor that actually prescribed me medication and ultimately advised me to be hospitalized for treatment.
