I love thus Dr. She took her time with me. Was concerned with what was going on with. She took time out to go call the Specialist I was seeing so I could get in sooner. This Dr actually listened to me. Addressed all my issues.
I am very disappointed in the treatment that I received. My initial reason for an appointment was not even what Dr. Krebs focused on, so I had to return and pay another co pay for something that should have been done on the first visit. She asked me Information that was already in my chart, I had to ask for my blood pressure to be taken when the reason for my visit was FOR my blood pressure. I got blood work done and had to call several times for the results which I still have no got because she has not signed off on them. I... read more
Doesn't communicate with patient. Fails to let patient know the reason for not renewing prescriptions. No way to send email. Just sloppy. Seems to care about her check more than patient. Stay away.
