Heidi Joy and her team are five-star superstars. Through the ups and downs of the real estate search and final sale, I think they are the best team in Pinellas County...and maybe in more counties, who knows?! When you are in the sea of real estate, you want a strong navigator through the storm and final calm. And Heidi is a solid captain on rocky (and smooth) water.

Very unprofessional, rushed me to sell my house and kept telling me to drop my price but I dident listen to her and I ended up getting what I wanted for it. If I would have listened to her I would of lost $40,000

Very unprofessional I would not recommend these two scammers they tell you to post your house a lot lower then you would post it up for to sell it faster so they can get there fees, luckily I did not listen and told them a way higher price and sold it. They should thank me for giving them more money because I sold it for higher then they wanted me to. We'd give this team more than 5 stars if we could! Lexi, Heidi and the entire team could not have done a more stellar job helping us with THREE closings in less than a year. Their expertise, professionalism, responsiveness, and network are second to none. Our first property entrusted to the team was a rental property that flooded due to one of the storms.
