Worst customer service. The woman is unfriendly, rude, and aggressive to say the least.
Bad service and she gives u a appointment and when I showed up she never answer and she was not there then I leave call she answered and said I’m here I said ok on way she said I’ll have to do your hair later after my other clients like wow
This was one of my worst hair service experiences ever. And I hate giving a business a chance even after reading the negative online comments and reviews about them. And then to find accuracy in those reviews is the worse. But this business was a referral. And from what I read online it appears to be a franchise. So I figured it couldn’t be that bad.
