The worst, most dismissive and uncaring provider I have ever seen in my life. Absolutely do not see Heidi if you have anything complicated wrong with you. A few years ago, I told her I was having terrible fatigue and a low grade fever that had lasted for months. I asked if it could be long covid. My son started seeing this physician's assistant about 3 years ago after being with Kaiser over 20 years switching from Kaiser is a very strange experience and very scary when you're used to something and starting something new. At his first visit he discussed quite a few things including prescriptions that he was taking one of them he would put on hold.
