Dr Heidi Herold was my doctor for years until she moved away. When I moved to Blanchard, Idaho 5 years ago I found her in Kellogg. She was well worth the drive. Then I followed her when she started working for Northwest Family Medicine in CDA. Dr Herold has always taken the time for me and explains things in away you can understand. I am very shocked that someone would say she doesn’t care about someone’s healthcare, she’s the best! Her staff is very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Dr Heidi Herold.
Heidi has been my Dr for over 3 yrs. She does a wounderful job nevertheless she takes pride in taking time with me. Explains things in real words. Her staff is allways freindly and helpful.
She wants to "see" me only to fill an OTC prescription (at a substantially higher price) to benefit her bottom line. I do not believe she cares about my healthcare.
