I came back home to State Farm mostly because I like having a HUMAN to deal with when talking about my insurance. But also I like that Heidi and her staff are so personable. They make me feel that they care about me and my business. Heidi even calls me on my birthday. The prices are comparable to other companies I’ve checked several. Since I was a customer for about 10 years last year I switched for what I thought would be a better price. I was wrong. So now I’m back and happy.
Thank you to all the staff at State Farm Insurance, agent Heidi, Doumas in San Angelo, Texas. On Monday, I requested new insurance cards printed for a new car purchase. I was heading out of town for a day trip. My ID cards were already in my inbox; however, I had a issue with my home printer. I called their office and picked up my cards.
