Makayla was super helpful, professional, and went above and beyond. She was able to get me insured at an awesome rate when a lot of others wouldn’t insure my car due to its age, or they wanted a high premium. I was impressed at the awesome customer service, and wanted to leave a good review. I really recommend them.

I wanted to share my experience with this insurance agent. I was called and just asked if they could give me a quote and I agreed couldn’t hurt. I was up for a renewal and was not very pleased or feeling valued as a long time client with my insurance company I was with. For a couple of years payments kept going up instead of down and no tickets, no claims, older client you expect better coverage and payment not with them. Makayla at State Farm was very helpful and patient! She followed up in a timely manner, but not too much where I felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. She found a great rate for my husband and I on our auto insurance, and changed it when I asked her too. Highly recommend!

I had called around and Mrs Brittney was so awesome. I'm old school . The Baby Boomers and all I was taught in high school was typing. We had no phones or computer teaching . Mrs Britney helped me out so much. I just wanted to thank her because even when I couldn't get it in head how all this new technology works. She found a way to help me so that I understood. The ladies at this office are so friendly and helpful! They even helped me set up a safe driver discount when I asked them to get rewarded for my safe driving. Every penny counts! I'm so glad I found them when I first bought my West TX home!
