I looked for years for someone good enough to replace the beloved provider that I lost years ago. Heidi Derbirk is warm, compassionate, and kind, but she is also knowledgeable and level in her approach to individualized, whole-person care. I am relieved to have found her.
I see Heidi regularly for medication management (behavioral health) and she’s been really great to me. She is extremely patient, asks questions, and has an inviting demeanor. I would absolutely recommend Heidi for your behavioral health needs!
Told me she would NOT prescribe anxiety and depression medications that has helped.me in the past. Why? Because it's not what she wants to prescribe. I'm 44, I know what works for me but Heidi Derbick just doesn't care about that. She only prescribes medications that Big pharma gives her incentives on. And it's hopeless because she's basically the only BHC psychiatrist in Sturgeon Bay.
