I've been a patient at this office for over 20 years. Recently, my prescription for Omeprazole (heartburn medication) ran out of refills, which I've been using for 15 years. The NP Heidi Dieck refused to refill my prescription without an in person visit. I agreed to the appointment for two weeks out. However, she still refused to refill my prescription for a 14-day supply. She advised me to get something over the counter, which is unprofessional from a medical standpoint. A few years ago, I was ready to leave Lourdes altogether for my medical needs. I had doctors and specialists blow off my concerns, was repeatedly told it was simply my weight causing my issues, etc. Then I went to Heidi. She has never once talked down to me, always addressed my concerns honestly, and has actually helped with most of my conditions. Highly recommend!

Had my first new patient experience with FNP Heidi Dieck and I was just blown away the minute I walked in the door. The level of professionalism from the time I checked in to the time I saw her was easily a 10++ . She sure knew her stuff, asked all relevant questions and took the time to listen to me. Im very happy that I can call her my FNP!!!
