I’ve been going to this doctor for 5 years now and I’ve really really loved her, but as many of the other reviews have posted, I now also got charged an additional bill during my yearly visit this time around. They charged my yearly PLUS an extra office visit. I did not go in with ANY health concerns. I just went in for my normal yearly physical and bloodwork. She asked me questions, I answered them. I’ve been going to Dr. Chun for a 5 years now. She’s always been kind and listens to what I say. I enjoy building a relationship with my Dr so I’ve been hesitant to change even with the long wait times for lab draws or in the room waiting for her. My last 2 physicals she’s asked me questions about my supplements and suggested a prescription that’s better to Take. I have been billed with a Dr visit afterwards. Rushed after waiting over 2 hours with no clear treatment plan then left in tears, feeling judged & embarrassed. I avoided a pcp & seeing a doctor about my issue out of fear of exactly how I was treated. i’ll stick to urgent care
