Heidi is extremely knowledgable and made me feel confident about the choices I was making throughout my home-selling process. She helped me manage everything from afar (I was selling out of state) and I was able to relax and feel assured that my home was in good hands. Heidi was incredible to work with and we will absolutely do it again if we have the need. She took care of everything from getting quotes from contractors and stagers, to managing the work they did on site, to dealing with our difficult HOA board, and advising us on pricing. We ended up with 4 offers after the first weekend, and the house went for the highest price ever in our neighborhood! Cannot recommend her enough if you're in the Northern VA area.

One of many reasons Heidi is an awesome realtor is that she down to earth. She is easy to talk, understood our needs perfectly. She was super helpful with insight about the neighborhood and what was a good value or what was overpriced. In addition, she was very responsive to our questions, and always keep us in the loop.
