Dr Bucking truly listens and understands life with T1D. Highly recommend her and all the staff at Bull Family Diabetes! The current front office staff are welcoming and friendly. Dr Buckinghams MA is knowledgeable and courteous. Best doctor I've had in my 40 years with T1D.
Everything meet my expectations. I checked in on line before my visit and was thanked for that. They were actually running ahead of schedule which was fine with me. Dr. Buckingham is the best. When checking out the front desk wished me Happy holidays. You have a well oiled machine at the Bull Diabetes Center.
Office is terrible at communication and follow up. Cannot be trusted to do their basic job duties. If you’re not interested in micromanaging your own care, highly recommend finding a different office.
