My normal caregiver moved on so I choose Heidi Blair as my new one. I've only had one visit with Ms Blair but I was impressed with her attention to detail and she was also very polite. I had a couple let's say strange problems and she confronted them straight on. I have no problem recommending her as a caregiver. There is one thing to note though, she demands you be on time. If you're unable to do that you might as well look for someone else .
I never leave a review because frankly I never go in to be seen. I was frankly overwhelmed by the kindness and ACTIVE listening I experienced today. Its challenging for me to be vulnerable and not be doing well physically. As a nurse I know the Healthcare crisis all too well and today I had all my expectations met, and exceeded!! That is absolutely worth leaving a review! Feeling very grateful and want to say that it was far past a 5 star review!!!!
