i had the absolute worst experience at your new location this past saturday. i am so disappointed, from the moment i arrived i was pushed aside and flip flopped between three stylists because my appointment was double booked. after showing the second woman images of the bangs i wanted and describing in detail the length, along with explaining that last time the back was too short for my natural curls and putting up in a pony. the stylist rushed me saying she never does that. as she began to cut my bangs i asked to if she ... read more
