I can't recommend Heidi enough! When I first saw her in 2019, I was very nervous and hesitant to try acupuncture due to a needle phobia I had at the time. But Heidi was so calm, understanding, and gentle that she put me right at ease. Fast-forward almost 6 years later, I'm still coming back and I'm completely obsessed with acupuncture! To find a practitioner in the healing arts who is so attuned to her clients’ needs is a rare gift. Heidi listens carefully to what you feel is worrisome and, after careful thought, she proceeds to find the exact spots that are aching, painful or upsetting. She has helped me tremendously with IBS, headaches and muscle pain. I have seen several acupuncturists in my 73 years and she is by far the best.

The absolute best! Every session I walk away feeling like my body has hit the refresh button. Her wealth of knowledge and experience has allowed me to see major improvements in my overall health. I wish I could take her everywhere with me! Mt Pleasant is lucky to have her and I recommend her to all my loved ones.

I decided to try acupuncture after 2 years of run arounds with my dr, a chiropractor, and an ortho from a dislocated rib and muscle spasms and inflammation that lingered.. i was refered to heidi and was blown away at her knowledge and professionalism.. she was very attentive and answered all my questions, showed me exercises to do at home, taught me how to use correct posture, and had suggestions about inflammation ruducing diets, ALL before she starting the acupuncture part of the visit.. so far ive had a lot of relief, and... read more

I had the best experience with Heidi and amazing results. She took the time to talk with me and make sure we were on the same page each and every session. I worked with her over the course of about a year and had zero complaints. She is extremely knowledgeable and attentive. I would recommend her to anyone I know.
