I received an Acupuncture treatment from Heidi Alexander for tooth pain. She asked a few questions to make sure it wasn't something serious that needed referral to a dentist. My pain was at a 6/10 before we started. By the end of the treatment, it was reduced to 1/10. She said it might even be gone entirely by the next day, which happily it was. I found the treatment comfortable and relaxing.

I can't recommend Heidi enough! When I first saw her in 2019, I was very nervous and hesitant to try acupuncture due to a needle phobia I had at the time. To find a practitioner in the healing arts who is so attuned to her clients’ needs is a rare gift. Heidi listens carefully to what you feel is worrisome and, after careful thought, she proceeds to find the exact spots that are aching, painful or upsetting. She has helped me tremendously with IBS, headaches and muscle pain. I have seen several acupuncturists in my 73 years and she is by far the best.

The absolute best! Every session I walk away feeling like my body has hit the refresh button. Her wealth of knowledge and experience has allowed me to see major improvements in my overall health.
