Joe and his team were prompt and professional. We urgently needed a furnace replaced - HMR conducted an on-site visit, talked us through options, provided a reasonable quote, and installed a new furnace within 48 hours of our initial phone call. They also checked in to confirm we were satisfied with the results - EXCELLENT customer service. Highly recommend!

These are a great group of guys, very professional, very polite..... they kept everything cleaned up as they were working. We had a mini split installed, and they did a fabulous job, i highly recommend!

AMAZING! As I sat freezing because my furnace broke on the coldest weekend of the year, I called at 7 am Monday morning. Joe, the owner himself (not an answering service!) answered and said he'd be right over. He diagnosed the problem, acquired the needed part from Rochester, installed and had the heat back on within a couple of hours! Plus, the cost was reasonably priced! He even texted later in the afternoon to check on how the heat was working -- Now THAT'S some GREAT customer service!! Highly Recommend *****
