Ever since Covid Heidenhain's customer service and tech support have been lacking. Takes them a long time to respond to emails, they stop responding to emails, ship to the wrong address, won't ship direct from Germany using our shipping account number, parts request take longer than normal. I have brought this to the attention of our sales representative and obviously they know there is a problem but it doesn't seem like they are willing to fix it. I was told to come here for an interview by their HR, Amanda N., through email only to be greeted by other people in the building that had no idea I was suppose to be there. Never got interviewed. Was given an excuse the next day and was told it was up to me to come to the interview again when they weren’t even there to interview me in the first place. Poor communication & bad management. Definitely recommend staying away from places that treat you like this.
Good controls, but I was unable to get through to anyone after multiple attempts of emails, and voicemails. I gave up and went with a different system.
